i got a silly question for you, why don't you start a squad that will fit your expectations of a squad.
that is what Jetsom and i did with the Suicide Dweebz. we wanted a lose fitting free spirited type of squad that didn't adhere to more than just a couple of rules or standards of play.
our rules are easy;
1 Don't Vulch
2 Fly what you want, any plane gv or boat that tickles your fancy
3 Blood or Bullets (do not RTB or run from the fight until you are out of one or the other)
4 Find the fun fight (no loyalty to country necessary)
5 Wingman is a very lose term, if your both there keep your squaddies 6.
6 if your squad is flying for a different country than you currently are, feel free to shoot them down :)
7 flying a Mission is leaving the runway together, after that do as you want.
8 when switching countries NEVER divulge the plans, secrets, mission information or location of those in the country you just left to the country you just joined. (no spying)
9 Avoid being apart of the horde or a pickfest
10 FIND THE FUN FIGHT AND THE FUN IN THE FIGHT
Now i know this is not the type of squad that appeals to most players, but it is our version of fun.
Create your own squad that suits your wants and desires, and you ll see that those of like mind will migrate towards you.
Good Luck and Happy Hunting

I agree with Floats...
Since you can't quite join an all adult squad, start your own with the expectations, ideals, and guidelines you would want.
I have seen more than a couple of teen flyers fly in larger operations with multiple adult squads and then "get it" over time---and then start their own squads. One I can think of does very well and gets high compliments from many all adult squad CO's.
Think about it.
If it's something you really want, write out on paper the clear objectives you want to achieve as far as squad goals, and what it will take to get there. There are plenty of under 18'ers who while not eligible for all adult squads, sure would like to join a squad--privided that squad "got it", and just wasn't a compilation of just any misfit that comes along.
Also: I HIGHLY recommend having prospective squaddies fly with you a couple of weeks to make sure:
A) That they really ARE on a full subscription and not yanking you around
and
B) That it's a good fit for you and the other squaddies.
Sometimes your right, and sometimes you are wrong. It's not easy to judge someone's character online (as these boards will plainly show). You WILL get to see a measure of what they are really like over the long haul.
GOOD LUCK!
