Title: How small can the hills be in the new terrain editor?

One of the things lacking in the new setup is any sort of terrain features for army units to roll around in.  We have huge mountains and vast, but flat slopped hills that tanks have to climb, or roll down in neutral doing 90mph.

I am wondering if the new editor will alow the users to create a smaller hill and ridgelines for tanks.

P.S.  I would also suggest adding in "forests" of tree "blocks" as well as treelines that can both be driven thru by tanks.  See Microprose's M1 Tank Platoon 2 for what I am talking about.
