Contacted ISP, upgraded DSL speeds, still major warpage. What should I do and if I have to contact my ISP again what should I tell them to
let them know exactly whatthe problem is?

anyone got any ideas? The ping plotter results I'm not sure how to read or understand..... :furious
-
That ping plot doesn't look that bad, tho you could let it run longer to see if it picks up any bad packet loss. You only an in for 10 pings, let it ping every 5 seconds and run it for 10 minutes to see if packet loss pops in.
If its not your connection, it could be your computer. Run Dxdiag and post the first third here. Also hit <control><ALT><delete> and in the lower corner see how many processes you have running. 20-30 is good, anything over that and your CPU might be doing other things which would cause the warp in the game. Custom sounds will give you trouble if your running onboard sound card.

The ping plotter showed no packets lost, and 31 MS average return
Any input would be greatly recieved. Love the game but this warpin is unfair to me and the community!
-
Right off hand, in video settings set your texture size to 128 or 256.
And if you're running any custom sound packs, get rid of them.
-
Ya what he said, thats a pretty low end video card set-up, as well as only 2 megs of ram with vista. I think with the textures turned down to 256, and the sliders in the games video setup set more towards the faster side you might get rid of most of the "warps" which is your computer trying to keep up with the details in the game.
-
Quick fix for a few bucks may be more ram and a video card. Don't want to make this recommendation if you get a new computer in the near future! New Video card may run into larger power supply then you will talk over $200 total for all 3.
