Title: Help please graphics gurus

Ok guys I do not have any software now to modify my old signature panel from way back when. Can one of you guys help me by chopping it down to a max of 80 wide and a viewable size in height?

Yup, can't fit 10lbs of stuff in a 5lbs bag.
