Title: 415th RCAF Swordfish (recruiting)
Post by: soupcan on November 14, 2008, 07:37:18 PM
Time for the SOUP NAZIS to get a face lift.

The new squad name is borrowed from an actual RCAF maritime patrol squad
which received many battle honors during WW2 in addition to a respected reputation.
The fact that my father served as a navigator/bombardier with the 415th during the 70's
was the icing on the cake for me to choose them over any other Canadian squadron.

While the SOUP NAZIS name will change, their mission will not. We will continue to fly for
the lower numbered side. We will also continue to thwart the "horde" to the best of our abilities.
Primarily we will fly fighters into the enemy dar bars as well as upping GV killers as the need arises.
For us the fun is in the fight.

The only requirements are that you are over 18 and have a sense of humor.
Why not cast off the shackles of "country loyalty" and join us in being a thorn in the side of the horde?

Here's a short film I hope helps stir up some interest.
BTW that is NOT the way to attack B24s but I took a risk
he was in the bombsite and it paid off. :aok

Thank you for your post Qrsu. There is also the 242 RCAF squadron flying in AH2 but from what i've
read they were a RAF squadron staffed by Canadians. Anyone know of any other RCAF squads flying in
AH?
 :salute
