Title: Black dots on clipboard map

Hi all

 Have an issue with friendlies and enemies showing as black dots on clipboard map, Icons in game show correctly, just No green or red dots in map view,all black, kinda strange, using an older AGP ATI 9200 series Radon card.


  Any thought appreciated

In the game bring up your CLIPBOARD... OPTIONS  --> PREFERENCES --> GUI  there is a drop down box check your color scheme there for each option.

 Yes have tried that, The color box that shows you your color variations is also black no matter how I change the sliders, a strange thing, I have update video card driver and even wiped and reloaded aces high.

I remember hearing Catalyst 4.12 Drivers must be used for that card.

Sounds like the dreaded "black-dot" bug.  It exists for all ATI 9000 series video cards and the only driver that fixes the bug is the Catalyst 4.12 drivers.

 Success , installed catalyst 4.12 and got the color back .............you guys are all right   :)

Most are alright, but I hear that "Skuzzy" guy is just a bit "off" if you know what I mean  ;)

You think if I was only a "bit" off, I would be doing this for a living?  You have to be a full bubble off plumb to do this for a living.

Not quite sure what it's called but "You have to be a full bubble off plumb to do this for a living." sure doesn't sound like a normal saying.  Was just implying obviously 'bad' humor is needed. :D

jeez! That post from Skuzzy made sense to me.... does that mean I'm that far out there too?  :confused:
