Title: B-17 Doors

  Just was wondering if the pilots would have been able to hear the doors open and close in a B-17.  If so, well hell I'm all for that.  If not, I guess I'll live with it, but here's my question/thought.  After about a 30-45 min. sortie in a B-17 (one way), it would be nice to hear the doors open, and really hear that "Klack" of the release of the bombs.

IIRC there's a bomb door sound but it doesn't work.

I wasn't sure Motherland.  I think TwinBoom has a door effect in his Sound Pack, but I don't see that in the in-game volume levels.

I've always wondered this too, it would be a very nice sound to have.

The door sound is for rear vehicle doors(M3,LVT)

Ahh, thank you Ranger.  I don't drive vehicles a lot, so that's where I missed that.

I don't remember hearing the bomb bay doors operate while in flight. (And I don't *think* the pretty little gal doing the nude skydive affected my hearing)
