My post below was abit inflametory,lol. Gotta giggle about it now... but I do feel we've been watered down abit here. Your the admin and HTC sets the rules. I was banned for a week due to breaking those rules. So be it, life goes on.

I don't envy you.

Anyway I have great respect for you and the entire HTC staff oh and

& @ % !  <---- this is humor.

It's not silly at all. I have always been taught and in my leadership experience it always better to praise in public and beetch in private.

Besides Skuzzy does a fine job monitoring the bb's as do the rest of team and they deserve to have it stated in public.
