I cant get gvs to go. they just sit there idling wont rev up or move? Any ideas what I'm doing wrong

You have to shift into gear. Q and W.

Push your stick forward. If you're in a PT boat you have to use your throttle as well.

Make sure you're in Mode 1 for your control, or map Mode 2 for GVs (done from the mapping controllers menu).
