What type of business? Retail? Online? Wholesale distribution? Service provider?

Go to the Small Business Administration website, I believe they have one that my wife was looking at a while back.

Yep use the template on the Small Business Administration website. It is pretty good and covers all the bases.

Thanks guys, I manage a Self storage facility and we have to come up with a plan for the next 6 months.

Tried finding it on the Small business website, all I'm finding is PDF's from last year about how the SBA are doing etc.?
