OK...I've given up on trying to make an animated .GIF avatar.  For some reason I just can't get it all to work out and the way I want it.  So, all of you generous, friendly, AHers out there who knows how to make one and has the time to make one for me...PM me pretty please with a cherry on top!

You can download the "easy GIF animator"  its a free download and add all the pics ya want then you can animate it select the speeds at which the pics change. just practice with it i use it alot. once you figure out the diffent commands on the animator it gets pretty easy.
