Title: Mission Launches at Dusk

I've noticed sometimes at dusk you cannot load a saved or new mission.

I asked this once as well..The clock does not recognize between 6-6am/pm.I believe,IN-GAME clock in the tower..Just have to wait an hour until the sun starts coming up.. :)
