I was playing around with this today... my throttle setting doesn't make any difference at all to MPH, but holding the stick forward longer makes the tank accelerate up until it reaches it's top speed.
Why is this so?
Can we possibly get the Panzers, M16, M3, and Ostwinds throttle mappable to a different control axis?
Thanks.

I've wondered 'bout this, the only thing I can think of is...
Where's the brake on the throttle?

why can't GVs use the same brake key as AC... the Space key.

Or be able to map the throttle/brake to any joystick axis.
Then I could have my left toe brake be brake, and my right toe brake be throttle. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Well.. if HTC doesn't fix this by September...
Buy the New Thustmaster HOTAS Couger.
It will let you custom map any axis to control any other assigned axis. And you will be able to change the stick configurations on-the-fly.
So, if you want left and right peddals for Gas and Brakes... you got it (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)

www.suncominc.com (http://www.suncominc.com) get the SFS Throttle. Fully programmable DUAL THROTTLE.
Have it, LOVE it, fully compatible with the 4 sticks of different manufacture I own and best of all, it even lets you map you old joystick's buttons as well!
And all this for a cheap $60 bucks!!!
