Imagine the following scenario.
While playing golf, your partner bets you $1000 that you will miss your putt. You miss the putt and pay the winner of the bet $1000.
Within 6 months of payment you can lawfully sue the winner of the bet for the amount you lost in the bet, plus court costs.
====================================
3763.02 Money lost at games may be recovered (Ohio Revised Code)
If a person, by playing a game, or by a wager, loses to another, money or other thing of value, and pays or delivers it or a part thereof, to the winner thereof, such person losing and paying or delivering, within six months after such loss and payment or delivery, may sue for and recover such money or thing of value or part thereof, from the winner thereof, with costs of suit.
====================================
Now imagine that Billy the caddie witnesses the bet you made above and sees you make the $1000 payment to the winner of the bet.
If you do not sue the bet winner for your $1000 back within 6 months, Billy can lawfully sue the bet winner for the $1000, plus court costs.
====================================
3763.04 Suit by third party (Ohio Revised Code)
If a person losing money or thing of value, as provided in section 3763.02 of the Revised Code, within the time therein specified, and without collusion or deceit, does not sue, and effectively prosecute, for such money or thing of value, any person may sue for and recover it, with costs of suit, against such winner, for the use of such person prosecuting such suit.

Looks like a severe case of constipation
He has some freaky eyes. His left eye seems to be looking left and his right is either rolled up in his head or looking toward the right.
Super constipation induced lazy eye :O

On a side note wouldn't a gambling charge be right behind the suit?

Most likely, and the state would sue for the amount of the bet pus court costs and win the case. I wonder if the loser of the original bet could then claim the amount lost as a donation? :lol

If you are a third party and didn't make or except the bet then you couldn't be charged with betting. So it still looks like it's still a win win for the caddy job.
