Theres a 'habit' by a few high ranking players to change countries, and purposely put the CV in danger of the enemy coastal guns, airfields, etc. These folks change countries only to get the CV back (ie, port is destroyed, then get the cv). A min. of 24-48 hours should be required before any CV command can be taken.

I think a 24hour change of country should be the rule. ie If you change countries, you have to wait 24hours to change again.
Also, for the CV's, if your port is captured, the CV will revert to new country in 10 minutes.

Sheesh! Too many rules and stuff. I have never taken command of the fleet...but it surprises me that people would do that Rip.
Are you sure you aren't just having a slow work day and needed to find something to do? :)
Add to your list the "off world" CV excursions. I haven't been online in quite sometime (my monitor went t/u) but that one pisses me off.
Please enlighten us on who the dweebiest of the dweebs are Rip...I want NAMES!!!

Easy solution to CV and fleet hijacking. When the port is taken by another country the fleet spawned by that port SINKS. When the message scrolls on the text buffer that port whatever has been taken by another country all players abandone ship as it will be gone. No problems with hijacking, storing, gaming the fediddleing game or whatever. Just like the ack comes up on a newly taken field the ships all sink.
That ought to stop all but the most determined whiners in the game from whining about it.
