Title: $12,000 for date with Ann Hathaway
Post by: texasmom on December 11, 2008, 09:20:14 AM: At the risk of being made fun of for having read People magazine online, or compared to TwentyFo for reading tabloid garbage, I'll post the link. :) But what the hell, I'm killing time reading tabloids while waiting for the fireplace to die off so I can run errands.

The thing is ~ there were 3 winners who combined their money to total the winning $12,000 date. Doesn't that move it from the 'date' arena into something different?

Like he would be allowed to do anything more with Anne Hathaway than he would with his daughter? I think that was kind of his point.

I'm sure the conversation would be much more interesting as well. Most Hollywood types don't have a thought in their head that someone else didn't write for them.

$12,000 to sit and look at eye candy is rather steep.
