Title: Observer Bug

Please fix the bug where an observer gets frozen and can't end the mission when the pilot bails out of the plane.  The observer typically has to restart the game.

Sorry to punt this, but it's better than starting a new topic.  Seriously what gives.  This bug has been around forever and needs to be fixed.  If the pilot bails out and has an observer on board, the observer gets stuck and can't end the flight without alt f4ing the game.  There has got to be a simple fix for this.  Like allowing an observer the ability to always be able to .ef himself out of the plane or something, it's just very irritating to me and my squaddies in general.
