I have never seen you lead a thing. There is a differnce in leading a squad and just throwing invites to 2 weekers.

Not saying you can't do the job, but I fly exclusively Rook and I have to admit that I haven't seen any of your missions or whatnot. Having been with a BGH (484th) for quite awhile and flown with the 100th in the past, it takes a lot more that getting the wheels off the ground and hitting your target. Knowing proper climb rate, manifold pressure, proper fuel load out, formation tactics, radio calls, etc, is highly important. I would advise using teamspeak if you can. I have found that to be beneficial especially if you have fighter escort.
Good luck to ya..... :pray
