Hope everyone is having a great season, thought I'd share a good recipe I tried recently.
It's Alton Brown's Swedish Meatballs recipe, really tasty, I highly recommend it:

I had a similar recipe for Norwegian meatballs, but whenever I applied any heat to them, they fell apart. So I went with these.

Hey Rollins! :salute
Looks awesome from the ingredients. I make one that's similar to the old fashioned "Sverges Kuttarballer" (SP?, our Swedish Brothers?) but I ditch the heavy creame and use a sauce that's brown (kitchen banquet). My wife loves mushrooms and garlic, so I scootch the recipe that way.
Either way...you have one smokin' dinner with that!

My second generation Swedish mother made Swedish meatballs with a tomato sauce. May have just been a regional Odebolt, Iowa Swedish Meatball recipe.
Is Alton Brown's great grandmother from the old country? :)
HONK!

Not sure, but I'll ask next time I see her.
