Title: TT messing up AvA VOX

When ever Titanic Tuesday is up with 300-400+ people in it you lose UDP and VOX when you log into the AvA. It is arena wide and makes the AvA useless whenever TT is up. Please fix this so those that fly the AvA don't have to be punished because a whole other arena.

As an addition to the VOX issue, I seem to lose UDP a lot during this time and disco once-in-a-while.  I never see this other than on TT when I try to get into an arena that shares the same server as TT.
