Title: Repair delay

If you got GV supplies shouldn't there be some kind of time delay? In real life how often would tank crews even be able to repair themselves in battle let alone in a flash. I'm asking to add a 5 second repair delay because i know countless times were iv damaged a tank just sharpshooting behind a hill or spawn camping and they use something like 10 supplies hidden by them to repair and continue killing. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced that.

All you have to do is put your mouse cursor to the left top corner of the screen, click each time you get damaged: instant repair and effective invulnerability except for killshots.
