Title: Side Assignments and CiC's for Bougainville Privateers

Almost 2/3 picked Allied, so I did what I could. Here it is. "68th Lightning Lancers" and "FATE" are CiCs for frame 1 and I need a confirmation ASAP from both that they can do this. Thanks.
