Title: cv control

have noticed a few times the direction of cv cannot be changed. No one has control and carrier seems to be in good shape. Take control make course changes, all looks good up to now but when hit submit course does not change.What causes this?

If someone is already in command when you log on, you are not able to see his name on the TG list.
