The tracers in B-17 Flying Fortress are awesome. When you look at them from the cockpit of your fighter they have the same shape and irregular behaviour of the WWII gun-cameras.
HTC give a look to them!

Have you got a pic of them that you can share Gatt? I'd love to see tracers that leave more of a spiralled puffy smoke effect... it will happen one day! (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Hi Replicant-Nexx,
I'll try to take a screenshot and post it, but I doubt that we can see the tracers. Anyway, they are very nice, irregular, zig-zag tracers. I was looking at them through my 109G gunsight and they reminded me the LW air-combat school VHS I have at home ... really.

You do know why they are zig-zagy, right?
-
i think they look kind ziggy because of the camera wobble, but they did leave that wierd corkscrew trail.
-
It's one of those nice cinematic effects like "lense flare" and "prop strobe" (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I think to summon the spirits needed to steal the b-17 2 tracers and place them in AH, one must cover himself with avation fuel and light himself on fire and dive off his roof into a wading pool of butter. This and only this shall appease the wrathful god... Than and only then can one achieve tracer bliss.
-
Do you want the prop to appear to spin backwards too?
-
Have you guys some real life problems? Take it easy.
-
The tracer in B17-II is very good - far better than AH. Don't know how many people would want it - it's harder to hit things in B17-II with the tracer set as it is. Very authentic looking though.

This talk is just that...
