That's pretty standard pricing for a 19" 5ms LCD.  There are several at newegg in that price range.

I've followed TD over the years and generally their prices aren't anything special and they're more in most places.  The only reason I've ordered from them in the past is because its generally a 1 day UPS ship for me and at one time they carried unlocked cell phones (but Newegg does now too).
