Kahn in the original series too.
Also remember his role in the movie "Battleground"
And yes. the Chrysler Cordoba commercials as well.
LOL When my old man went through his mid life crisis he bought one...A Black one.
He did the recerse of what most men do..other then splitting that is.
He was alwasy into sports cars, BMW, Porche, MG Midget.
When he went through his MLC he went completely out of character and bought luxury.
Once that was over with. He went back to BMW's.
Oddly enough as many accidents and times he was put on the critical list in the hospital due to sports car wrecks. (We never did have a car leave us of old age or in one piece)
He was walking crossing and road one day and was hit and killed by someone driving a Cadillac.
Just another screwy but true story in my families long list of screwy but true stories.

Wasn't he the character that was wounded and they left near a jeep while Van Johnson and James Whitmore went for help and returned to find him frozen to death?
An uncle of mine that passed away a few years ago was a life long friend of Ricardo Montalban, having grown up together Mexico City. I got to meet him a few times when I went to visit my uncle and was very down to Earth and didn't seem to mind a 5 year old bugging him about "Tattoo" and got a chuckle when I thought his name was "Don" because everyone was calling him "Don Ricardo".
ack-ack
-
Look what they have done to my car.

I liked him in whatever he was in. Lived on Fantasy Island, served a short stint as CO of USS Reliant...not a bad life.
