Whew, almost through the week, we have high school finals, and I've gotten all the hard stuff out of the way. 1 More night of study, new semester, new classes as well. Also glad that I aced both of my hardest tests so far. Tomorrow is Geometry and World History After tomorrow, 4 day weekend! :rock :rock
Also, anyone else find it odd, that they give us the final after the 2 week Christmas break?
-
No, they did the same thing to us in high school. I guess the theory is that you have 2 weeks to study and you're also more relaxed. Good luck on the rest of your finals.

congrats :salute

I was lucky enough to start my Algebra II midterms on Monday and Tuesday, the only subject that's difficult in the least... and of course, the two easiest subjects (World Cultures and Science) were on the 3 & 4 days of testing (the tests were spread out over 4 days, we had to take Math and English on the first two and Social Studies and Science on the second two).
I won't know how I did until Tuesday. :uhoh

Didnt study at all for mine. Not taking the other two till tuesday w00t w00t

My kids had their finals exams prior to the Christmas break.
Good luck on y'alls!

Hardest two were Chemistry and Aviation, and I passed them both with 85+, and I got the highest average of any NJROTC class so far for the test. (80 question test, and I got a 94.)

Aviation,
WTF?

Yea, Aviation Through Physics, basically you learn how to get your Pilot's License and you get a physics credit. You also fly sims and what not to learn. I think the teacher said there's only one in Georgetown Texas and Chicago.

Interesting. Bessie Coleman was from Texas, them moved to Chicago ~ she was flying long, long, long before America's Sweetheart: Emelia Earhardt.
Anyhow, not too much on topic, just cool that there's HS aviation courses both in TX and in Chicago. :)
