Title: Slight rule adjustment for frames 2 and 3.

The D3As will not have a 2nd life. This is to even out the #s just a shade, and to simplify the event. I don't anticipate it will cause a large difference. No other adjustments are being contemplated at this time. Thank you.

Im going to up the limit of P-38Gs from 48 to 64. Pls note the change, thx.
