Is everyone happy with the current kill system when 2 guys HO and both get destroyed yet the kill goes to the plane that flops through the air the longest before crashing into the ground?
As most know, in WB both creatures would be awarded a kill. I agree with that system better, and I'm not sure exactly what HT is trying to accomplish by awarding the kill to the fella who doesn't hit the ground first.
Idea..perhaps the "loser" from a HO, or any other collision should be awarded a "probable kill" IF the other plane also goes down in flames from damage caused by the HO.
Is this feasible? Probable kills would at least give the "loser" a few points for also shooting down a plane.

Ho is a manuver for newbies that haven't figured out how to get on your 6 and chog drivers , that know guns are over modeled .
Lets not reward em , ho'ers should receive NO points .

LOL
i think that if u don`t wont HO u can alweays run from it and get a good position after marge (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) so Chag`s are easy kill very often (only few guys know how to use that blou bird).

Could you please film me a HO where you jink or pull into a ACM advantage with a tactical idea and still get shot?
Until then, I just say your another TARD that held steady for the red icon trying to get your own guns on him straight on as well (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)...
Jeez, it's too easy.

96% of the time, HO merges aren't dangerous - but annoying.
It's the vertical HO's that can be hard to avoid, especially if you're fighting planes like the N1K.

Santa your exactly right. Flew 4 passes with daddog in the TA the other night, my La5 vs his P38.
Avoided the initial HO easily, but all 4 times he got me with a vert "front quarter" shot when I was reveseing. Which one was strickly a matter of time. (some flights I managed to duck for 3 or 4 passes, others he got me on 2 or 3rd pass.)
Although we tend to call those HO shots (because we are nose to nose) they really are a different breed of cat from a true Head ON shot in the first merge.
Ohh btw, <S> daddog, nice to see that the "old man" hasn't lost his touch!
