hey guys.
question..........could someone make a mission or 2 with low alt fights? i mean like on the deck low......merging below 3k alt? preferably in the 38J or G vs some of the little wiggly planes?

well, i like em both for different reasons, but i tend to fly the G more often if i think i'm gonna get in a turnfight.
i'm not good enough in either one as of yet, to have a faorite opponent, and since you, or someone else is taking your/their time to do this for us, i'm not going to be too picky. i'd only ask that it be vs something that;s fairly commonly used in the arenas.......so i guess one of the spits, 109's, or even the zeke or hurri........

that sounds pretty good actually.....in MW i come across spit9's a lot.......not the niks vry often, but it'll still be fun, seeing as i've only foought them rarely.
will we be able to use either of the 38's?
don't sweat the time frame dude.....like i said before......i thinnk we all appreciate the time you guys all take to do these for us.

i just tried re-naming it, and it still loads as an html. it won't let me see it when i put it in the offmis foldr?

That's odd. If I right-click and "save link as" I get a .mis file. Are you using some cheesy POS browser (like IE) to download this?

I've never used that pile of fetid dingo's kidneys, and everything I hear convinces me I'm not doing to badly for it. Copy, paste, save, fly, kill. Heck, even *I* can shoot up all four of the red guys, so this one isn't too hard.

i don't mean to sound stupid......but once i copy it, where do i paste it, and what will i save it as?

copy it into a text file called sapp.mis, drop it on your off line missions folder (offmis in the AH folder)

i didn't know how to make a .txt file(i think it might be on notepad?), but usranger did something to it.......i d/l'd it last night.....didn't get home till 1:30am. flew against the AI for almost an hour.
the ki's got my six the first run, and i was almost getting guns on one in a scissors, but#2 got me :furious :rofl
anyway.......nicely done sir!!!

I have an F4U-4/F4U-1 vs Spit XVI/N1K2 version. First time up I was in a -1; the 16s killed both -4s. I got my N1K2 and killed the other right after he killed my flight lead. I didn't do so well against a pair of XVIs...
Second time I was in a -4; killed both 16s, the N1K2s augered, then I killed both F4U-1s (they insulted my cats).
The AI is a bit strange; these are great for practicing snapshots and e management, though.

I couldn't get it to save right when I pasted it in a fresh notepad file, so what I did was open a new mission in the M.E., named it SAPP, then saved. Then I opened that SAPP.mis file with Notepad, deleted its contents, and pasted the original SAPP mission in its place, they resaved. Viola'. I little tip in case anyone has to do this in the future, as this is the 3rd mission I've seen here that was posted in text format. :salute

hey guys.....thanks!!!! i've been flying this mission when i can't get online.....it is(i think) really helping my gunnery, and helping me teach myself to not get slow with those twisty/turny wiggly things.

i still get myself into trouble with the G, but do well in the J. it's great practice though, for the kinds of fights we generally find in the online arenas.
