Title: Nose Art and Avatars

Really could use some help in creating both. Anyone care to give me a tutorial?

Avatars can be made with GIMP or Jasc Animation Shop 3. There's also some free .GIF animators out there which will take multiple format pictures and place them on a .GIF time line.
