Not yet. Two of us are working on them. Assuming you mean 71 Squadron RAF that is. Mine could be done at any point in time if I actually get the bug to finish it :)

Hah! I know what you mean! I'm sitting on like 10 skins that have been finished for several months and only need to be submitted, but I've been to lazy to convert them to 8 bit .bmps and submit them.

I got emails from skuzzy a few days ago so looks like you waited to long. :D

We have a hurricane and two Spit Vs in the works IIRC. The 4th FG/334thFS skins are TECHNICALLY 71 RAF though :D
