Title: Walking and talking on cell phones may be danger to kids

If they can not a simple task like that, this county is screwed.  I feel sorry kid as young as 10, having cell phones and all they do is text message, play games, and a lot cases taken pic of them selves naked and sending it to their boyfriend or girlfriend.
