imo resets are way to hard to get

if bases stayed DEAD until trains/convoys resupplied them (ie no 15 min hanger/30 minute other stuff regeneration) bombing would have a good effect and protetcing the strat targets would actually be worthwhile.

Must add my agreement with this as well.
This would work particularily well in the CT I think  :)
