Howdy all!

Well it’s that time of year again… We got about 8 inches of snow today. It’s 16 degrees outside with a wind chill of 4 degrees. I just finished clearing the snow from the drive, and the mood hit me for some SNOWBIRD!

Beer-butt chicken! That’s a whole chicken with an open can of beer shoved up the rear. Loving covered with a Cajun spice rub, cooked over charcoal, and smoked with damp hickory chips.

Add some cold beer, a pan of spiced baked beans, and LIFE IS GOOD!

What you have there is culinary delight.

I do very much appreciate the photo that with how cold it is, you have a fur hat on  HAWAIIAN SHIRT and.......SHORTS!!!   :aok    :aok
