May sound overly simplistic:
A bomb count indicator on the F6 bombsite view mode, underneath the other F6 view data.
Most of the time it's not all that hard to mentally keep track, but when mixing bombing with fending off fighters, keeping in touch on VOX and text, and navigating all at the same time...and we're all not 20 anymore :)
It's a little like Dirty Harry---"Did I drop 6 sets of bombs...or only 5?....well...in all the excitement....."
Pretty easy wish, actually.
And thank you for having a wishlist forum.

Sounds good to me.

Or you could stack beer cans in front of the bombsite and knock one down for every bomb dropped. You'd never lose track...
unless those cans were emptie. :aok

I'd like this, also a toggle in it for which bomb set you have selected, such as the lanc....

your salvo setting is visible from the f6 view
look up in the upper left corner where the altitude and speed calibration is displayed/ it's in there
bomb counter would be awesome with a display to show which bombs are selected/heck just move the display from the pilot position to the f6 view

Yep, that would be nice.

+1 for sure. I can't really see a downside to this idea...other than quasi realism issues. Still very good though, and coding would not be difficult.

not sure what realism issues you are referring to but the bombadier would know how many bombs would be left and probably more so than the pilot would
here is a pic of a display from inside the bombadier position of a (if i remember right) B25 at the last WWII weekend in Reading, PA

All I meant was that there was not (as far as I know) any indicator of how many bombs were sitting in the bay on many bombers. (particularly large loads of small bombs) Obviously the b-25 had the little lights, as your pic shows...but if they load were changed the lights would not.
Still very much a good idea though
