nice, especially liked the instinctive snapshot on the pony :rock

Keep her fast and have some friends around and you can rack up a nice kill count with her :aok
She is a great vulcher too :lol
-
That certainly was some stunning sound! Great job. I appreciate the work you put into getting those camera angles just right, I'm fairly certain that's tough! Great frame rates and quality.
No complaints here.
-
I'm jealous. That looks amazing. What are you running AH on?

Thanks for watching and posting guys. Glad you enjoyed it. Trojan, nice pass! Spanky, I recently was built and shipped a really nice computer from a squadmate, I was on jagged lines and 20 frames for a long time. I think this one has something like 2gb of RAM, 256mb graphics card and an overclocked cpu tweaked by the builder. It runs on full everything at 75 frames per second. Forgive my lack of technical knoledge but that is about all I know.
The footage was recorder using a medium sized film viewer window in 1/4 speed, then quadrupled in the movie maker. Even on a nice system, recording at full speed only gives about 15-20fps and worse if the trees are showing. The sounds are from various real life air displays on youtube.

real nice video...havnt flown in since my whole ordeal...but wanna try the mossi out...
-
As your attorney i suggest you take 50% fuel and the heavy guns package :D
-
Nice film Bat. I also liked the angles the film was shot at. Good Job! :aok
-
hey bat that was one cool film :aok
Streamed it to my xbox, to watch it on the big screen and almost wet my pants :D
-
Rofl batty you got me in trouble with the police .....they just left guess I had volume a little loud for neighbors. I only live a mile from airport . Freakin awesome how do I save it ?
-
thanks guys hehe, it is loud.
HB look for the 32mb hires version. If you right click and press 'save target as' you can then save it to your desktop. :salute
-
Excelent!
I don't know what is the best : your skills or the movie ... i think both.
Very good video and sound quality!
Nice job Bat!

Sorin, your movie American Beauty inspired me to get better with the film viewer and adding sounds. S! and thanks for showing me the way!
-
:aok Great movie ! I don't know why but I got a kick out of the thought that this mossie pilot was zooming around shooting down planes with a radio blasting Little Richard in the cockpit. Tutti Frutti OH Rudy OOOOOO!!!! Womp-bomp-a-loom-op-a-womp-bam-BOOM!" :rock
-
hehe, i have been known to listen to this and more whilst flying

Mech, a very good movie. Watched the whole thing. Rarely do that because the movies don't hold my interest. Yours did!! Great music too. You're right :)

Yeah - excellent sound mix, awesome shooting in those snapshots and some nice camerawork - you got every reason to be proud of this one. :aok
It's a pleasue to see how you handle that Mossie - now if just you also could learn to auger it with style... :P
-
Nice film Batt! I just started flying the Mossie this tour...I think I will end 88-14. Heck of a bird. I normally took 50%, heavy guns and 2DTs.
-
thanks for the comments all. Spikes i take the same load minus the DTs. If i need a little more fuel i prefer to take 75% and keep the airframe clean usualy. I never ever load bombs. I think the option to load bombs on the mossie should be removed!
-
nice sounds in this bat you fruit :aok
mossi of detttthh aye.
-
Thats a nice movie bat, I'm a mossie fan myself but still have L plates on. I always enjoy seeing a good pilot in the mossie against "supposedly'' superior planes.
-
Nice one Bat! I especially like the low background music. It was like you had the radio on during the fight :lol :aok
-
What sound pack are u using?
-
Mitsu's sounds for alot of it, taken directly from the sounds folder in HTC directory. The mosquito I stole from some real life footage at an airshow.
-
Very nice movie, especially the mossie sound was great :salute
That's the way the game should sound by default :)
-
Nice one Bat. :aok
-
Would love to learn to fly/fight like that. Love the mossie, the balsa wood lightness :) Got time to show some ropes online?
-
Sounds like fun. If you see 'batfinkv' online at any time give me a shout. Best way to learn the mossie is to throw one about the place as hard as you can untill you learn to stop backflipping randomly. Then it's a double spitfire.
