lol no.

A .ahf file is not really a "film", it's not a movie file. It just contains the data so the AH film viewer (which is actually a kind of stripped-down version of the game) can re-create the events on your screen. And simply renaming a file doesn't change it's very nature.

You have to make a movie first before uploading - you have to capture (="film") the action on your screen by using a capture program like FRAPS, then edit the film with a program like the Windows Movie Maker, Sony Vegas or similar editing software

Depends on wich program you use to capture, and it's settings ;)

Here's a tutorial for capturing using FRAPS: http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,246561.0.html

Now that your movie cherry has been popped, some things to work on.

It's a bit jerky in spots, is your computer fairly fast?  Fraps recording takes a good amount of processing power to get smooth playback, though there are ways to get around the jerky film on slower computers.

Some of your shots are pretty far away from the action and on youtube quality, its hard to see what's going on.  Try and keep your views fairly close to the planes.

Learning the camera shot system really adds to AH movies, this tutorial should help you learn it in a jiffy.

Also, IMO I prefer not having the game icons on aircraft.
