Title: what's needed
Post by: Spyder on January 30, 2009, 02:40:00 PM
I keep seeing in the wishlist that whenever something is wished for, someone says that it would be a good add, but not first on the list. Well I'd like to see that list. What IS first?

(this list should only be about vehicles)

Well, at least you worded it differently... still this is gonna end up sounding like every other thread in wishlist I'm afraid.

Off the top of my head -- requests I've heard in the past few weeks anyway...

Expected answers:

Generally:
Early plane sets for scenarios, particularly PTO + eastern front
Russian bombers
More Russian fighters
More Japanese fighters (early)
Seaplanes (recon, primarily)
Artillery, either towed or SP (with spotter system)

Specifically:
Aircraft -
B-29 (don't forget teh no0k!)
Meteor
Beaufighter
spotter aircraft
P-47M
Russian bombers
Brewster
yak-3
He 111
A-26

GVs:
Panther (ugh)
Heavy(er) armor, IS-2, KT-2, etc.
crusader
priest
wolverine
katyusha

More variations of current AC and GVs than I care to count...

The point is, everyone has got their idea of what needs to be implemented NOW (or the game will surely die!)  Take the wishlist for what it is...an area to put out ideas, to be immediately ridiculed by the masses.  Maybe -- just maybe -- someone from the dev team will listen.   :aok

Edit: probably should have thrown this in the wishlist forum :)

Wait, it isn't now?  I thought it had been, "What an original idea, I bet you used the SEARCH button."

It's nice to get new planes and gv's added but ths game needs nothing if you just want to have a blast.

Take your "what's needed list" and ask yourself "what would this add to the game?"

How bout a PBY ?

can do some black cat missions :)

would be cool to have a float plane. watched a show last night that fully loaded it took up to 3 miles to get that bad boy off the ground.

Or The Swordfish ? would be neat to see those flying around we could sink the Bismark <g>

BTW move the thread to wishlist.Pfffft ! who gives a Poop where it is posted as long as it can be nit picked eh?

I dont get it that some folks live to piss on peoples posts for any reason that they can find.... get a life dudes.

So what if we have had 1000 threads posted on the same subject. I enjoy to see people posting something other than flames and sarcastic BS. If people want to post something that they feel is constructive that is cool. If you do not have something positive to respond with,it is simple dont replie  to the post !

P-38H is the only acceptable answer. Everyone else is confused.
