Then there was this one

I first saw it on the inside cover of my copy of P51 Mustang In Action in around 1980.

The drawing on the wall above the computer was done by a poster here RedDog (Joel).  He did it from a scan of a painting that was commissioned by the fellow flying the Swordfish....Mr. Geofrey Bird.

Both Joel and Mr. Bird signed it.

Here's a rare print by George Guzzi, "Thunder in the Sky" depicting Fred Christensen over Drummer Lake.
(It's not a great looking print, but it has Christensen's signature which makes it special.)

Ran out of wall space about 5 years ago.  Now I mostly collect them for the historical significance.  (I have it in my will that my collection goes to a WWII museum, Air Force Academy, etc.)

I know its not quite the same as the others, but this is one I did after I saw a painting of it, so instead of Painting it I drew it in pencil.

The artist that did those drawings is Randall Scott.  Here is a few of his prints:

Thanks BigPlay for the offer.  I'm currently just looking for two more prints.  Both Taylor's.  "Eagles out of the Sun" and a Publisher Copy of the "Mighy Eighth-Outbound".  But since I'm in a holding pattern till my finances improve, I'm waiting.  I will contact you when the time is right. :aok

I knew Karaya would pick a Polish Squadron!  :aok
