if there is a manual for the mission editor where is it at

there is a tutorial located in the editor itself

The below link will is tutorial that I did that is more visual than the included one and has helped several others get started.

I really appreciate the tutorial you created for the mission editor.  After screwing around and failing a few times, your instructions helped me finally get a simple mission to run successfully.

I took the liberty to re-publish the tutorial in .pdf format at the link above.

I can maintain this as you make updates, if you like, or pull it down, if you like.

turning that into a pdf was a great idea and should make it accessible to more people.  :aok

at some point I will mess around with some of the other options available and maybe create a tutorial for that as well, but that may be some time until that happens. I will definitely let you know when that happens.

edit: I have also put both the doc and pdf in the basic tutorial section of the AHWIKI for the ME (since it was empty anyway) and in my squad's wiki page as well
