how do i put the doc downloads into the game so that i can play them??

If you mean the .mis file(the mission) place it in your OFFMISS folder.  If you download one of mine there will also be a folder full of .wavs(sounds).  Place that in your MISSRES folder.  Make sure you load the correct map before starting the mission.
