Title: Friendly game of Euchre on Yahoo to pass the time?
Post by: Tec on February 02, 2009, 03:16:03 AM: I'm in beginner lounge 6 since at this time of night no one is in there. Gonna start a table and go smoke a cig and see if anyone shows up. CPID is i_am_the_liquor.

You are absolutely correct Shane. It seems that if you're not from the upper midwest U.S., Ontario, or NZ/AU you have no clue what euchre is. We also have this great game called cribbage. :D

Post by: Bucky73 on February 03, 2009, 09:24:35 AM: From Nebraska and Euchre is a VERY popular game here I prefer 5 handed -call your partner because you can piss off alot of people. :D Pinochle is probably a close second followed by Cribbage. When I was in the Navy the big game was Spades.

Of course there are MANY PROFESSIONAL Hold em players now as there is all over the place. All you need is some sunglasses and your latest copy of Phil Helmuths book and you can't be beat! :rofl :rofl
