Title: ARENA MAX TO LOW

Often when i log on during the day the late war arenas will have a max of 100. whats so bad about setting a threshold that's high enough  to allow a choice when the system is surely not overloaded? :rock

Arena caps are dynamic and based on the number of players currently logged in.

The only exceptions occur when we run "Titanic Tuesday" or in the early part of the day where it is fixed at 400.
