Is ATT/Bellsouth acting up now? I dont know how to read pingplots.  :frown:

Hop #19 you can ignore as it represents the return trip back to your computer and unless I run a trace, you cannot know what hop is really causing the packet loss.

However, your hops 5 and 7 look suspect and probably are also the problem on the return trip.

I would contact Bellsouth and point them at this and ask them for an explanation.

Well of course when I get them on the phone the equipment straightens up and works without a hitch! Ive had three discos this afternoon and that is very unusual.

EDIT: Typical run around Skuzzy. Customer no service and then brush them off to eChat and dont answer the request.

I feel your pain as I get the same thing from AT&T.  It takes a lot of screaming and hollering to get any attention.
