Don't see anything on the CMeye rule, is it not there? If someone finds it, throw it to me. I skimmed it three times and I didn't see it.

CM eye mode is still allowed. Reason why it not a rule. U don't want it to be? I can gladly arrange it.

12) NO WINGING! (dog piling on a 2-timer is NOT winging)
* Winging is a coordinated attack on a single plane or when
engaged with multiple targets passing up obvious shots or
maneuvering deliberately away from 1 person to get the other
first.
* Can dogpile the Wabbit ONLY!
* Can't pass up fights to get to the wabbit!
this is the only rule that sticks out to me, your either allowed to dogpile or not. Surely 2 planes who are flying right next to each other should be fighting one another and not ganging the wabbit, did you mean can pass up fights to get the wabbit?

What is meant by this is not passing a fight that is not engaged with the wabbit. Basically if u are in the East part of the circle and the wabbit is in the west part of the circle, you can't fly directly to him flying from the closest fight. If he is the closest fight, then yes, you can fly to him and dogpile. You basically can't fly over/pass another flight to get to the wabbit.

ok thanks for clearing that up dogg,
the wabbit fights will surely attract a little furball but how far away the 3rd or 4th guys should dogpile or fight each other etc.

The 'be in a fight or headed to the closest fight' rule is still valid. If that closest fight happens to contain the wabbit, you can then dogpile him,her, or it.
For Example and these numbers are not accurate as I'm just pulling them out of.....
thin air, if two people are heading for the wabbit who is basically north of them 20 miles away.
As they get closer to the wabbit's fight which is now 15 miles away and these two people are now 10 miles apart,
they should engage each other as they are now the closest fight.

Heh, I thought that was already a valid rule. For example...first round, the closest fight is a 3 person fight with 2 people ganging one guy. Isn't it already legal to gang this poor soul even more? Not that it would be good strategy at all but as far as the 'wabbit rules' are concerned, I don't see any discernible difference from the regular rules except some guys might follow you on takeoff.
To make the wabbit rule different from the actual rules, you'd have to be able to pass fights to attack him. Otherwise it's all the same in my eyes.

If this was observed they are passing up shots and winging, which is against the rules.

If three people are fighting, unless one is a wabbit, they should be fighting each other fairly equally.
