Title: My first try at gimp, and I love it!
Post by: 1pLUs44 on February 10, 2009, 10:09:54 PM: Check out this picture, Jappa helped me a bunch on how to make the fire, and I think I perfected it... now I work on the smoke!

That should make it look a little less digital.

It really doesn't look right I think from the brightness of the photos, I'll work with it later today.

Looks way to outa place. But it was a nice try.

I think raising the opacity of it would fix that, only thing is that the fire is part of the normal picture and i can't change the opacity. All i did was make it brighter. Ill try again though

Yes I know a couple are black and white. Figured they might hel with the texture

I can tell you about how fire works and the traits of it since I am a firefighter and we did have to learn a little bit of fire science.
