Gents,
If anyone has a detailed electronic Air Order of Battle for the Luftwaffe in Italy, circa September 1943, can you either PM me the details or link it here?
Thanks,
Stoney

I was working off this: http://wikipedia.ketsujin.com/index.php/Luftwaffe_Order_Of_Battle_on_17_May_1943 as an approximation. If this is close, it will work. For the most part, I was merely looking at numbers and plane types. Obviously, this is pre-Husky, but I'm having a hard time finding anything that was current for Avalanche.
There's a period from May 1943 to early 1944 that seems conspicuously absent. Maybe it got burned when they left Foggia.
Thanks for the help so far.

Check PMs. If I can get more info I will forward it to you.

I wish I had some to add besides the following: Sept 1943 in Italy sounds like a GREAT time frame for an FSO. Looking forward to it already!

I've gotten what I needed Hajo, but thanks very much for the offer. I may take you up on it in the future.
