Title: Any Ship Guns AI Controlled?

Are any of the ships guns AI controlled, or slaved like bomber guns?  When I attacked a ship, this incredible wall of flak was thrown up...WOW!  Very cool.

Most are AI controlled.

Only the "Field gunner" positions aren't AI controlled.

It also seems like each ship aims all of its AI guns at a single target.
