One of my sons friends got on my computer and he thought it would be very funny to delete my account, not funny and he is no longer welcome here anyway if I call Hitech do you think they can retrieve my account or at least add the time from my deleted account to the two week trial that I started, any input would be great thanks and Salute

Contact them... They are known for working with folks and being very helpful. Just explain what happened.

Just download, reinstall the game and then click the "forgot password" link.

You can have you account up and running in no time.

No need to call HTC.

Not sure why they would give more time for your 2 week trial when you can simply reinstall and have you account back with little to no effort and time involved.

He said it was deleted, I'm thinking its from his computer it was deleted. If you redown load it and use the lost the password.....as long as you use the same login ID they will mail it to your email and you'll be able to log back in. If you used a yahoo account as the email it my take a day or two to get the response. If you were only on your 2 week free trial, you'll have to call them Monday and talk it over with them.

They'll tell you to just create a new one, and e-mail them to free your old GameID up so you can type it in again.

What about the new account I created the callsign is Vulcher and I would really like to keep that one, do you think they can add or transfer the payments I've made to it, and does anyone know if they might be open on Monday? Thanks for all the input and you guys are really great, Shuffler thanks for that and the guys at Hitech are really understanding so I'm gonna get ahold of them so they can work there magic and also thanks to everyone else I can't say it enough you guys are really great and a pleasure to chat with <<<S>>>.

Sounds like you need to set up separate user accounts on your computer and only give the kid(s) access to part of the system.  So that their friends can't do mischief.
